Shawna Patrick is a dedicated nurse with over ten years of experience in medical-surgical, oncology, and medical-surgical intensive care; nursing education; clinical instruction; and nursing management. Shawna currently works as the Staff Development Coordinator at Aspen Valley Hospital, Nursing Instructor at Colorado Mesa University, and is the Founder/President of Nurses for Nursing.
Shawna has achieved a Master of Science degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation & Exercise Science; a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and Exercise Physiology; certification in Gerontology; Level I certification in Healing Touch; and maintains certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and is a Basic Life Support Instructor.
